El departamento es muy bonito y acojedor. muy limpio y super completo, había de todo lo que uno puede necesitar. No faltó nada!. Mi familia y yo nos sentimos como en casa. Súper recomendado y excelente ubicación y sobre todo excelente precio. Rubén estuvo muy atento a nosotros y respondía inmediatamente. 10/10.

We had a great stay overall. The location is excellent, close to everything yet still very quiet. The apartment has a lovely view and, although compact, it’s very well designed and has everything you need. You can tell the host really thought about all the details, which made the stay comfortable and easy. Closet space is limited, but it’s more than enough for a short stay. The building feels very safe and secure, with a concierge, and the hosts are extremely responsive, which we truly appreciated. The only downside worth mentioning: the keyless entry system can be quite loud, you can hear the beeping from other apartments as well. Also, some neighbors cook very strong smelling food, so the hallways can occasionally have unpleasant odors. Other than that, it’s a great place and we would definitely recommend it.

Um dos melhores Airbnbs em que já fiquei. Com certeza me hospedarei sempre lá quando estiver em Assunção. Apartamento bonito, funcional e extremamente confortável. Prédio de excelente qualidade. O isolamento acústico é ótimo, pois tinha música alta na rua e não nos incomodou. As ameninades oferecidas pelo anfitrião fora uma ótima surpresa. Fica muito perto do Shopping do Sol e próximo do Paseo La Galería, fomos a pé nos dois. O porteiro também foi muito gentil e nos ajudou a estacionar o carro, que é alto. Garagem boa. A comunicação com o anfitrião também foi ótima. Experiência perfeita.
