Me gusto mucho el lugar

Me gusto mucho el lugar, el primer día fue algo incomodo ya que el recepcionista nos había indicado que en la piscina no se podía consumir ningún tipo de bebida o alimento y cuando llegamos había un grupo de 5 a 6 personas bebiendo alcohol en la piscina, estaría bueno que eso se pudiera controlar porque al final uno va a pasar en familia y otros residentes están tomando en zonas compartidas. Después de eso todo bien, el lugar impecable, no tuvimos problemas para entrar, para meter el vehículo, cerca del lugar hay de todo. Biggie, farmacia, lugares para cenar o almorzar. ✅

Ruben does a great job in communicating and responding to my concerns while I stay in the apartment. I’ve been using Airbnb for 13 years, Ruben has been consistent with providing quality communication. This is a deal breaker as to why I always rent from the apartment he manages. He makes sure issues are resolved in a timely matter. If other host follow Ruben’s quality service practices, I believe service would be better all around on Airbnb. Keep up the great service Ruben.
