both, the host and the co-host were friendly and (that beats all records) really fast with their replies… until the end it was extremely positive, but we asked them for a late check-out (13h in stead of 11h) which would have helped me a lot, but was denied… the cleaning crew (we learned later) arrived at 13h45… (no comment, just the lack of flexibility deceived me…). The apartment is very well designed, construction quality is (also for Paraguay) rather low (but did not really influence our stay), there were minor issues in the apartment which the hosts solved at once, and this even over the weekend! Thanks!). We decided after a look at the water not to use the pool… but it’s a great area to relax. The apartment could be better equipped (no scissors, poor cutlery and dishes), the windows (second floor!) to the balcony did not close… but all in all I would recommend the place and the host… and I would rent again…

Great place for us , huge 2 bedroom , 3 Bathroom apartment with quiet full sized office. All the electronics are top notch quality and I took details of the bed it was so good. Absolutely 6* Apartment. Loved it.

Espesctacular Depto. Muy limpio y amplio. La atención muy buena. Responden rápido. La verdad una excelente estadía.
